Okay Santorini hotels with the water/city views are SOOOOOO expensive (like some can easily be $1000 USD per night)
So I have two suggestions
1) Stay at a cute place that is aesthetic in other ways, like cute stones and colors and adorable gardens, etc (Like a hotel called "Costa Marina Villas" for $100 USD per night
2) Go to a RESTAURANT in Santorini with the perfect view and film content from there. Paying $50 for a few drinks and an appetizer at an expensive restaurant is a lot better than $1000 a night for a hotel with the same view...just to get some videos for reel, YA KNOW
